1. Data We Collect
Enquiries and bookings: name, contact (phone, KakaoTalk, Zalo), preferred date, party size, requests. Reviews: display name, rating, content, and a deletion password stored in hashed form. Cash back: email, usage records, payout account details.
2. Purpose of Use
Arranging bookings, preparing quotations, accruing and paying cash back, improving the service and responding to enquiries.
3. Retention
Booking and enquiry data are kept for two years from last use; cash back settlement records for five years as required by law, after which they are deleted without delay. On request we delete data immediately except where retention is legally required.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Only the minimum necessary for fulfilment (name, party size, time) is shared with the relevant venue. We do not share data for other purposes and never sell it.
5. Processors
Server hosting (Vultr), static hosting (Cloudflare) and messaging channels (KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram).
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time using the contact below.
7. Security
Least-privilege access, HTTPS in transit, one-way hashing of passwords, daily automated backups and restricted server access.
