1. Nature of the Service
The Company provides information about, and arranges bookings with, partner venues in Vietnam (nightlife, dining, stays, golf, chauffeur). The Company does not operate these venues; service quality and performance remain the responsibility of each venue.
2. Fees
Guests pay no brokerage fee to the Company. The Company is compensated by partner venues; the amount a guest pays a venue equals that venue's standard price.
3. Pricing Information
Prices shown are the venue's standard rates and may vary by season, day and configuration. The quotation issued at confirmation governs the final amount.
4. Bookings
A booking is formed upon the guest's request, the Company's confirmation and the venue's acceptance. Where a venue cannot accommodate a booking, the Company may propose alternatives.
5. Guest Obligations
Guests must provide accurate information and comply with local law and venue rules. Persons under 18 may not use nightlife services.
6. Prohibited Conduct
False bookings, use of another person's identity, violence or sexual harassment toward venue staff, and requests for unlawful activity are prohibited and may result in suspension of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company exercises due care in providing information and arranging bookings, but is not liable for force majeure, a venue's unilateral closure, or losses attributable to the guest.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with the courts of Ho Chi Minh City as the court of first instance.
